- Presenters MUST register for the Conference. One, two and three day registrations are available. Presenters’ registration is at the early bird rate.
- All papers and abstracts submitted become the property of ACWA unless prior alternate arrangements have been made with the Conference Secretariat.

Oral Presenters
Speaker's Preparation Room
All presenters must check into the Speakers' Preparation Room at least three hours prior or the day before their presentation.
The Speakers' Preparation Room is located on Level 1 of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre in Bayside Room 108. It will be open from 0700 on Monday 18 August 2008.
Please note: Speakers presenting on Monday 18 August particularly those in the morning sessions will be given priority in the Speakers Preparation Room.
Poster presenters
Set up, dismantle and storage
Your poster can be set up between 0830 to 1030 on Monday 18 August 2008 and will be displayed for the duration of the conference. You will need to bring your own supply of Velcro to attach the poster to fabric-covered display panels.
You will need to remove your poster between 1530 - 1700 hours on Wednesday 20 August 2008. If your poster is not removed by this time the venue will dispose of the poster.
Presenters are responsible for the safe storage and maintenance of their posters. No storage facility will be provided at the Conference Registration Desk and the Conference Secretariat will not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged posters.
